Do I pay before seeing the artwork?+
No. Your watermarked preview options come first. You pay only after choosing the one you love.
Do you do cats?+
Yes. Every style works the same way for cats — upload their photo and you'll see all eight. The name says dogs because that's where we started.
What makes a good source photo?+
A sharp image with your pet's face clearly visible, taken in natural light, works best. A normal photo from your phone's camera roll is plenty — you don't need a professional shot.
Can I include more than one pet?+
Yes. One or two pets are included in one artwork; a three- or four-pet group composition is +$20. Separate individual portraits are priced as separate artworks.
What am I actually getting?+
A print on matte polypropylene film — smooth, glare-free and much tougher than paper: it won't tear, crease or yellow. It arrives with a white border around the artwork, which is what you want for framing. Every print also includes the high-resolution digital file, free.
How quickly will my order be ready?+
Your previews are ready in a couple of minutes. Once you order, it's printed and checked by hand within 1–2 business days, then delivered in Brooklyn. Digital files are emailed as soon as the file is prepared.
